Red pimento peppers and artichoke hearts marinated in olive oil
and wine vinegar.
Skordalia — 5.00
A garlic dip served with pita bread. This recipe's origin can be
traced to the Classical period.
Taramosalata — 5.00
Caviar blended with olive oil and lemon juice served with pita
bread. Pete's specialty. Travel the world and you will not find
one better.
Tzatziki — 5.00
From the Eastern Mediterranean area. Homemade yogurt with garlic,
cucumber, and olive oil; served with pita bread.
